Shipping Info

SHIPPING INFORMATION

SHIPPING TIME
  • Our current processing time is  2-5 business days. Once shipped it takes app. 2-20 business days to deliver, but usually only (4-5 days) Most customers receive their order within a week.
  • Rush shipments are shipped out same business day and take between 1-3 business days to receive.
  • Items that are personalized and/or embroidered please allow 2-5 additional days to ship out. Once the order has been shipped please allow 2-20 business days in shipping time for delivery. We try our best to get everything to you as quickly as possible.
  • Most of our items come from our boutique or our warehouse.
  • Some items may ship separately, depending on what's in stock at boutique and warehouse. We cover extra shipping fees if your package has to be separated. 

All items will be shipped Via USPS First Class (usually if under a pound) and/or Priority Mail unless other arrangements have been made. 

We all use DHL service which transfers packages to USPS for delivery. Everything will come with tracking numbers. 

ORDER STATUS

Once your order has been shipped you will get an email sent to you with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package through USPS tracking.
